Lisa Garand

Lisa Garand has over 37 years of experience in nursing and clinical roles, currently serving as Clinical Lead at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH, since April 2020. In this position, Lisa oversees clinical scheduling, staff performance appraisals, and provides support to Dr. Kelly MacMillan with patient care and diagnostic scheduling. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator/ADN/LPN at St. Joseph's Hospital from September 2007 to April 2020, where responsibilities included management support and clinical oversight. Lisa's career began as an LPN and Surgical Technician in the operating room, performing multiple surgeries daily and being on call regularly. Additionally, Lisa has experience as a staff nurse on a rehabilitation unit, caring for stroke and head injury patients. Lisa holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing from NH Technical College in Manchester, NH.
