Eric Hirtle

Eric Hirtle is an experienced technician with a diverse background in both sterile processing and engineering applications. Currently serving as a Sterile Processing Technician at St. Joseph Medical Center, Eric is involved in instrument sterilization, tray assembly, and decontamination, employing SPM software and conducting daily washer tests. Prior experience includes roles as a Transportation Engineering Technician IV at Wallace Montgomery, where road and sidewalk construction was inspected, and as a Construction Inspector for various firms, conducting soil compaction tests and reviewing construction plans. Eric's education includes a Certificate in Sterile Processing Technology from Ashworth College, a Certificate in AutoCAD, an Associate of Arts in Cell Biology and Histology, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Maryland.
