Estefania Garcia Cruces is an accomplished urban policy intern at the Institute for Urban Policy Research, where data collection and analysis are utilized to create research briefs for clients. In addition to this role, Estefania volunteers with Translators without Borders, providing timely translation of legal and medical documents, and with Love For Our Elders, offering support through encouraging letters to seniors. A dedicated member of Delta Zeta Sorority, Estefania has served in various capacities, including Vice President Finance, where oversight of a $100,000 budget was managed, and as an Executive Liaison, mediating grievances within the organization.
