Kara Evans Ph.D., Rn

Kara Evans, PhD, RN, currently serves as the Dean of Instructor and Nursing Program Director at Bryant & Stratton College - Syracuse North since September 2023. Previously, Kara held the position of Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at St. Joseph's College of Nursing from April 2022 to September 2023. At Le Moyne College, from July 2010 to May 2022, Kara served as the Director of Student Learning Outcomes and as a Professor of Practice, focusing on enhancing experiential learning and aligning academic programs with accreditation standards. Additionally, Kara has experience as a Clinical Coordinator, Faculty member at St. Joseph's College of Nursing, and Nurse Manager at St. Joseph's Health, highlighting a robust career in nursing education and clinical practice. Educationally, Kara holds a PhD in Nursing Education from Capella University, multiple Master's degrees in Nursing Education from Le Moyne College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from Keuka College.
