Ian Summers

Ian Summers has over two decades of experience in information technology and client services management. Currently serving as Client Services Manager at St. Joseph's Health since May 2018, Ian oversees second-level desktop support for 1,200 users across six locations, including senior executive support. Previous roles include Technical Support Services Manager at Stradley Ronon, and Information Technology Manager at the NYS Office of the Attorney General, where Ian managed IT operations for nearly nine years. Ian's earlier experience includes supervising help desk support at the New York State Department of Health, project management at EDS, and team leadership at Cadbury Schweppes. Ian holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Hartford.
