Jessica Harley has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jessica currently works at St. Joseph's Health, where they started in 2021 as a Manager, Patient Experience and Patient Relations, and later transitioned to the role of Director of Patient Experience in January 2023. Before that, they had a long tenure at NYU Langone Health, starting in 2010 as a Manager Volunteer Services and progressing to the role of Patient Relations Specialist. Jessica also served as the Volunteer and Language Access Services Coordinator during this time. Prior to their work at NYU Langone Health, Jessica was the Director of Early Intervention and Early Head Start at Brooklyn Community Services from March 2009 to September 2010, where they managed federally funded programs and achieved significant outcomes through collaborative efforts. Their career started at Boys Town in 2006, where they served as the Director of In-Home Family Services.
Jessica Harley has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Jessica also obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
