Brian Aitken

Brian Aitken serves as the President of the Public Administration and International Relations Association at Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs since September 2020. Aitken has held various roles at Syracuse University, including Bias Peer Mentor and Resident Advisor, focusing on community development among first-year students. Experience also includes event management and coordination at Hendricks Chapel, along with an internship in communications and policy for local legislators, and marketing and communication at St. Joseph's Health. In campaign roles, Aitken has contributed to both Dana Balter's and Jim Johnson's electoral efforts through finance and field internships. Aitken holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Syracuse University.
