Nikia Johnson

Nikia Johnson currently serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Operations at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, a position held since March 2009. In this role, Nikia is responsible for critical projects with significant business impact, acting as Chief of Staff to the COO, leading key enterprise initiatives, and driving the execution of the Operational Excellence Strategic Plan. Previously, Nikia held various leadership roles within ALSAC/St. Jude, including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations, and Director of Research and Development, focusing on operational functions and revenue growth strategies. Early career contributions included the development of a national African American marketing program and managing regional support and development initiatives. Nikia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Memphis.
