Tiara Montgomery

Tiara (Baker) Montgomery is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in performance marketing and media strategy. Currently serving as Sr. Paid Media Lead at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC since 2018, Tiara has cultivated a robust skill set through previous roles as Paid Media Lead and Marketing Specialist. Prior to St. Jude, Tiara held various positions at Walker & Associates, Inc., including Account Director, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing advertising performance for McDonald's and developing media plans. Tiara’s background also includes digital marketing leadership at Final Source Corp and a role as Children’s Pastor at Golden Gate Cathedral. Tiara began their career as an NBA Dancer for the Memphis Grizzlies and gained early experience as a news intern at ABC 24 WPTY. Tiara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Christian Brothers University, graduating cum laude.
