Philippe Antoine is currently the General Manager of Jill's Restaurant & Bistro at St. Julien Hotel & Spa. Philippe has a strong background in the food and beverage industry, previously serving as General Manager at Ambrosia and as a Captain at French 75. Philippe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Faculte des Beaux arts d'Aix en Provence and a baccalaureat litterature/Philosophy from Lycee Victor Hugo.
