Cria Kelly Alvarenga

Kelly Alvarenga, CRIA, is an HR professional with a solid foundation in human resources management, currently serving as an HR Associate at La Corporation de gestion de la voie maritime du Saint-Laurent since February 2022. In this role, Kelly focuses on external and internal recruitment, ensuring adherence to HR policies and collective agreement terms while supporting the salaried and unionized workforce. Prior to this, Kelly worked as a Junior HR Officer for the City of Saint-Lambert, assisting in various HR management mandates, recruiting for unionized positions, and coordinating training logistics. Kelly began the HR career as an intern at Franklin Empire Inc. and holds a Baccalauréat en Relations industrielles from Université de Montréal.
