Dawn Seabaugh

Dawn Seabaugh, CAE, RCE, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at St. Louis REALTORS® since September 2020, overseeing member enrollment and enhancing operational efficiency through team supervision and resource implementation. Previously, Dawn held the position of Director of Commercial Services at St. Louis REALTORS®, focusing on collaboration with the board of directors and fostering relationships within the commercial real estate sector. Dawn's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Communications for St. Louis REALTORS®, where comprehensive communication strategies were developed for an 8,000-member association. Additionally, Dawn revitalized operations as the Association Executive for Southeast Missouri REALTORS® and worked as a licensed real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Professional Associates. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Southeast Missouri State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Jefferson College.
