Barnaby Kelly has extensive experience in account management and business direction, currently serving as Head of Account Management (Maternity Cover) and Business Director at St Luke's London since August 2021. Prior to this role, Barnaby spent over six years at FCB Inferno, advancing from Account Executive to Senior Account Director while supporting well-known brands such as Andrex and BMW across multiple regions.
