Ken Schwarz

Ken Schwarz has extensive work experience in the field of biomedical engineering. Ken served as the Network Director of Biomedical Engineering at St. Luke's University Health Network, where they oversaw the purchase, installation, and maintenance of clinical instrumentation and provided leadership for the medical equipment management program. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Clinical Engineering Services at Siemens Medical Solutions, where they managed national clinical engineering programs and optimized vendor operations. Ken also worked as a Senior Medical Equipment Planner and Clinical Engineer at Francis Cauffman, where they developed equipment lists and evaluated clinical requirements for construction projects. Additionally, Ken has held management roles at Crothall Healthcare and STERIS Corporation, where they directed operations and managed service programs. Ken began their career as a Biomedical Equipment Specialist in the US Army. Ken later became an Adjunct Faculty at Northampton Community College, where they shared their expertise with students. Overall, Ken Schwarz has a diverse background in biomedical engineering and has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Ken Schwarz holds a Master of Engineering Management degree in Project Management from Rowan University. Ken also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science and Technology - Biomedical Electronics from Thomas Edison State University. Additionally, Ken has several certifications, including Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute, Lean Leadership from Adaptive Business Solutions, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, Remote Instruction Training Levels 1, 2, & 3 from Northampton Community College, and a Veterans at Work Certificate from the SHRM Foundation.
