Ray Midlam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at St. Luke's University Health Network since 2012. Prior to that, they served as an Endoscopy Product Manager at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, where they redesigned the secondary markets' business model. Ray also worked at Lehigh University as an MBA Candidate and Graduate Teaching Assistant, winning an Excellence in Teaching Award in 2009. Ray gained experience in business development, finance, and management at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network during a rotational internship. Before that, they held various roles at Sage Financial Group, including Manager of Operations and Senior Financial Advisor. Additionally, Ray started their career as a Staff Accountant at Vanguard.
Ray Midlam obtained a BBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 1996 to 1999. Ray then pursued an MBA in Business Administration from the Lehigh University College of Business from 2008 to 2010.
