Michelle Downie

Michelle Downie has extensive experience in customer service and business management, currently working as a Customer Service Consultant at St.LukesHealth since August 2020, where responsibilities include handling inquiries related to claims and payments in private health insurance. Prior to this role, Michelle served as an Office Administrator at ORourke & Kelly Solicitors and as a Service Advisor at Gowans Motor Group. Additional experience includes working as an Issuing Officer for the Australian Electoral Commission and owning and operating two small businesses: Burnie Plumbing Supplies from 2006 to 2018, which supplied plumbing products and operated a sheet metal workshop, and South Riana Store from 1998 to 2006. Michelle completed education at Marist Regional College from 1985 to 1988.
