Dale Harter

Dale Harter is an experienced education professional with a focus on library media and information science. Currently serving as the School Library Media Specialist at Albert Hill Middle School since August 2023, Dale has also held the same position at Northumberland Middle/High School since August 2015. Additionally, Dale has been a Librarian and Teacher at St. Margaret's School since 2010 and served as a School Librarian at Matoaca High School from August 2018 to June 2023. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Library and Information Science and Archives Administration from the University of South Carolina, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and History from James Madison University.
