Benjamin Kashan M.d.

Benjamin Kashan, M.D. is an experienced attending surgeon specializing in general and minimally invasive surgery, currently holding positions at St. Michael's Medical Center and St. Mary's Medical Center since December 2020. Prior to these roles, Benjamin served as the General Surgery Chief Resident at Lehigh Valley Health Network from November 2016 to June 2020 and completed a residency in general surgery at Nassau University Hospital. Earlier training includes a postdoctoral research role at NYU Winthrop Hospital and residency at Stony Brook Medicine, along with research experience at NYU Langone Health. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and Preventive Medicine with a minor in Chemistry from Hofstra University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Saba University School of Medicine.
