With over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance, John previously held leadership roles in revenue cycle operations at University Health KC and Liberty Hospital, achieving significant revenue management goals. Their leadership in the Healthcare Financial Management Association included multiple presidential roles, and their early career features consulting positions focused on strategic transformation in revenue cycle practices. John’s military service as an Infantryman in the US Army provided a foundation for discipline and leadership. John holds a BA in Healthcare Management from Ottawa University and an MBA in Health Care Management from Western Governors University.
