Rachel Hester

Rachel Hester is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in cardiac rehabilitation and inpatient care. Currently, Rachel serves as a Cardiac Rehab Nurse at St. Mary's Medical Center since August 2018. Previously, Rachel worked at the Heart Hospital of Austin as a Cardiac Rehab Nurse from August 2016 to July 2018, providing rehab, education, and direct patient care in the PCU department. Prior to that, Rachel was a Registered Nurse at St. David's HealthCare, where inpatient rehab was the focus. Rachel's nursing career began at Epic Health Services, Inc. and continued at Scott & White Healthcare as a Staff Nurse II, specializing in the assessment and care of adult patients in an acute healthcare setting. Rachel holds an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Central Texas College, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
