Marcel Hernandez

Marcel Hernandez serves as the Development Director at Tucker's House, where responsibilities include building community relationships, strategically planning initiatives, securing grants, and implementing surveys to enhance program effectiveness for individuals with disabilities. As the Founder of Be About Change, Marcel partners with the Juvenile Court of Metropolitan Nashville and local schools to support youth in the justice system and address chronic absenteeism, while also providing scholarships and conducting leadership workshops. Marcel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, and Music from Vanderbilt University.
