Sarah Popovic

Sarah Popovic is an experienced educator currently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher and Lead Summer Camp Counselor at St. Michael's Country Day School since June 2022. Previous roles include Student Teacher at Westerly Public Schools and Kingston Hill Academy, where Sarah developed lesson plans, classroom management skills, and collaborated with educators. Additional experience includes tutoring in a Response to Intervention program and working as an After School Aid, as well as camp counseling at Rocky Hill Country Day School. Sarah has a comprehensive educational background, holding multiple Bachelor's degrees in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education, English, and Elementary Education from the University of Rhode Island. Prior to entering education, Sarah gained significant customer service skills as a Supervisor at Shayna's Place Cafe.
