Ben Silcock

Ben Silcock is an accomplished professional in the real estate sector with extensive experience in development and leasing. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Indurent since December 2023, Ben has held a significant role as Development & Leasing Manager at St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics since June 2020. Prior to this, Ben worked as a Senior Surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton from August 2016 to June 2020, focusing on the Agency department in Nottingham. Ben began the career as a Graduate Surveyor at PPH Commercial and Barnsdales, gaining valuable experience in Business Space Agency and Commercial Agency practices, respectively. Additionally, Ben completed a placement at Banks Long & Co and holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from Northumbria University.
