Rob Williams

Rob Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Rob most recently worked as the Managing Director of St Modwen Developments, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director - Construction at St. Modwen from July 2019 to March 2021. In 2017, Rob held the position of Director and Consultant at Penstar Construction Services, as well as Project Director at Vinci St Modwen JV. From 2002 to 2017, they were the Divisional Managing Director and Director at Dawnus Construction Ltd. Additionally, Rob has worked at Taylor Woodrow Construction as a Project Manager and Engineer/Site Agent, and at Terresearch Limited as a Project Engineer.

Rob Williams attended Brecon High School from 1981 to 1988. Rob then went on to study Civil & Structural Engineering at The University of Sheffield, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree from 1988 to 1991.
