Laura Paulsen SHRM - CP, CIC, CISR has extensive experience in human resources and risk management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at St. Monica's since October 2021, Laura previously held the position of Commercial Lines Account Manager at INSPRO Insurance Agency from April 2014 onwards. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Specialist at the League Association of Risk Management from November 2011 to April 2014, and as the Director of Risk Management at CDM Service Group, Inc. from August 2003 to March 2011. Laura completed education at Bellevue University between 1985 and 1988.
