Currently serving as a Manager (Locum) at St Mungo's, Nayo previously held positions such as Tenancy Sustainment Manager at the London Borough of Hounslow and Support Worker at One Housing. Nayo also served as a Mental Health Champion at Rafiki and as a Project Assistant at Arts Council England. In a long-standing role at St Mungo's, Nayo was Senior Manager & BAME Network Chair, overseeing a rough sleeping prevention service for West London.
