Michael McHale

Michael McHale serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of St. Paul's Senior Services since April 2022 and has held the same title at TRU Community Care since September 2017. Prior roles include President and Chief Executive Officer at Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care from January 2015 to September 2017, and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Hospice of the Chesapeake from April 2007 to January 2015. Additional experience includes Vice President of Business Development and Sales at The Washington Home and Corporate Director of Marketing and Access Services at Hospice of Michigan. McHale's career began at San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine as Director of Access Services, and earlier as Administrator at St. Paul's Senior Services. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University.
