Sophia Lukas

Sophia Lukas is the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at St. Paul's Senior Services. Sophia has worked and volunteered in the senior care industry for over 20 years. Growing up, Sophia's mother was an employee at St. Paul's, where Sophia spent many hours volunteering. She then did her Administrator-in-Training program at St. Paul's.

Sophia has a B.A. in Biology and Spanish from the University of San Diego and a Master of Long-Term Care Administration from USC, Davis School of Gerontology. She has licenses as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Administrator for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE).\

Sophia has experience working at for-profit and not-for-profit senior housing organizations, including a long tenure with HumanGood. She has held various positions as an Administrator, Executive Director, and Vice President of Operations. Most recently, Sophia was with WellQuest Living, Vice President of Operations, overseeing established as well as newly constructed senior living communities throughout California.
