Gerda Eilts

Gerda Eilts is an experienced hospitality and catering professional with a diverse background encompassing various roles in food and beverage management, quality assurance, and culinary education. Currently serving as Catering Manager at St Peters Lutheran College since January 2014, Gerda oversees operations at the college's Performing Arts Centre, ensuring high standards in food preparation and service while managing kitchen personnel. Previous positions include Quality Manager and Head of Production at Yummies for Little Tummies, where Gerda developed quality assurance protocols and managed large-scale meal production, and Head of Culinary Academy at South Pacific Institute Australia, focused on vocational training and compliance. Gerda’s expertise extends to teaching, having held positions as a Hospitality Teacher at both Shafston International College and St Peters Lutheran College, and has a rich history as an Executive Chef and Culinary Mentor, showcasing skills in menu development, food styling, and quality management across numerous culinary establishments.
