Daniella Dumas has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Daniella started their career as a Student at the Swiss Hotel Management School in 2014. Daniella then interned at the Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel, where they worked as a Front Office Intern and later as a Groups and Events Intern. Daniella also interned at the Hôtel**** Restaurant Benvengudo les Baux de Provence, where they gained experience as a Server and Housekeeper.
In 2017, Daniella joined the St. Regis Aspen Resort as a Front Office Intern and later held positions as a Front Desk Supervisor, Butler Services Manager, and Front Desk Manager. Daniella then worked at Cuvée as a Destination Manager for the Aspen Collection from February 2021 to October 2021.
Daniella joined Pendry Hotels & Resorts in October 2021 as an Assistant Director of Front Office. Daniella later became the Recruitment and Housing Manager before leaving the company in March 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Front Office at The St. Regis Aspen Resort.
Throughout their career, Daniella has gained expertise in front office operations, recruitment, housing, and destination management.
Daniella Dumas pursued their Ba (Hons.) International Hospitality & Events Management degree from Swiss Hotel Management School between 2014 and 2017. Before that, from 2007 to 2013, they attended Crawford College La Lucia, where they obtained their VCAA Certificate, specializing in the Australian Final Year Exam. In addition to their formal education, Daniella obtained a certification in Emotional Intelligence Basics from LinkedIn in April 2022.
