Paz Escobar

Paz Escobar, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Complex Recruiting Manager for both The St. Regis Aspen Resort and W Aspen since September 2022, and previously held the position of Talent and Culture Manager at Hotel Jerome from May 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Colorado Mountain College from September 2019 to May 2021, and as an HR Coordinator and HR Data Entry Specialist/Administrative Assistant at Aspen Skiing Company from September 2014 to September 2019. An early career role as an Organizational Psychology Corporate Intern at LAN Airlines, within the Personnel Selection Department, occurred in April to July 2012. Additionally, involvement in the Work and Travel Program for International Students through CIEE took place from December 2007 to March 2012. Paz Escobar holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Psychology, along with a Minor in Promotion and Health Self Care from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, completed between 2006 and 2012.
