Rob Gotti

Rob Gotti has over 15 years of experience in finance and administration. Rob is currently the Director of Finance & Administration at St Stephen's School. Rob has previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Intelife Group and Vulcan Group. In these positions, they were responsible for all financial, HR, IT, facilities and fleet operations. Rob also prepared board reports and was responsible for insurance, regulatory and compliance matters.

In their role as the Chief Financial Officer for Intelife Group, they worked closely with the CEO to develop and implement a new organisational structure designed to improve efficiency, boost capability and reduce cost. Rob also undertook a review of the existing ERP/CRM information systems leading to implementation of fully integrated systems.

Rob Gotti has also worked as the Commercial Manager for Nautronix and Group Financial Controller for Omegatrend International Pty Ltd. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, funders, bankers, and lawyers. Rob was also responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the businesses.

Rob Gotti is a highly experienced and qualified finance professional. Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and is a Chartered Accountant (CA). Rob is also a member of the National Disability Services (WA) - Finance and Sustainability Sub-Committee.

Rob Gotti has a post graduate diploma in business from Curtin University, a bachelor's degree in accounting from Curtin University, and a certification from the Governance Institute of Australia as an associate member. Rob also has a certification from the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants as a fellow.
