Bill Barbera

Bill Barbera has extensive experience in law enforcement and academia. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at both St. Thomas Aquinas College and Dominican College since 2015 and 2010, respectively, Bill also holds the position of Chief of Police at the Rockland County Sheriff's Office since 2012, following a previous role as Captain from 2010 to 2012. Bill Barbera earned a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Phoenix between 2013 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from St. Thomas Aquinas College from 1981 to 1983.
