Krista Wedding, MBA, CFRM, has extensive experience in leadership and operations within early childhood education and service-oriented organizations. Currently serving as President and Executive Director at St. Vincent Early Learning Center since September 2016, Krista has successfully developed and implemented a Compensation Philosophy and competitive Pay Ranges, leading to an impressive retention increase of over 800%. Prior to this role, Krista was Vice President and Director of Operations at 4C of Southern Indiana, Inc., where responsibilities included fiscal management, human resources, administration, compliance, and general operations for a regional client-focused agency. Krista holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies, both from the University of Evansville.
