Lance Yoxsimer

Lance Yoxsimer is an experienced transportation and fleet management professional with a strong background in public administration and strategic management. Currently serving as the Terminal Operations Manager for St. Vrain Valley Schools since March 2016 and as the Transportation Fleet Manager for Douglas County School District since January 2009, Lance oversees multiple maintenance terminals, manages workforce needs, recruits and retains maintenance personnel, and conducts performance evaluations. Previously, Lance was the Director of Transportation for Ault-Highland Weld RE-9 School District from June 2002 to January 2009, where responsibilities included managing transportation operations and maintaining vendor relationships. Lance holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Regis University.
