Laura Lampola has extensive work experience in customer service and sales roles. Laura began their career at ExxonMobil, where they held various positions in IT and Industrial Sales for over a decade. These roles included System Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Development Manager, and Business Performance Analyst. Laura also gained four years of experience working remotely for ExxonMobil's European organization.
In 2007, Lampola joined St1 Oy as a Customer Service Manager, where they led and developed consumer sales of homeheat products. Laura was responsible for ordertaking, cards customer service, pricing, and sales support. Laura played a significant role in various change projects during their tenure. In 2013, they became the Department head of Skill Center - Development and Customer Service at St1 Oy. In this role, they led and developed customer service, pricing, reporting, and sales support functions. Laura also participated in various change projects and was involved in business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
In 2018, Lampola advanced to the role of Sales Director at St1 Oy. As Sales Director, they were responsible for the overall sales performance and strategy of the company. Laura successfully held this position until June 2022 when they transitioned to their current role as Director of Customer Experience at St1 Oy.
Laura Lampola attended Pohjois-Tapiolan Lukio from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained their high school degree. Afterward, they enrolled at Helsinki School of Economics - Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu from 1984 to 1993, although the specific degree name and field of study are not available. In November 2020, Laura obtained a "Projektipassi sertifikaatti" certification from ADAPRO.
