Heather Ready has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on ophthalmology. Heather has held various senior marketing and leadership roles at companies like Alcon, VISX, Advanced Medical Optics, and USGI Medical. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Global Market Intelligence at STAAR Surgical, where they lead market intelligence efforts for the implantable lens business. Throughout their career, Heather has been instrumental in driving new market development, achieving market leadership, and bringing innovative technologies to the market.

Heather Ready attended Arizona State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Heather later pursued an MBA with a focus on Management & Marketing at the same university.
