Phuong Nguyen

Phuong Nguyen has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting as a staffer at Olympic Staffing Services in 2004. Phuong then transitioned to roles of increasing responsibility at STAAR Surgical, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist, Compensation and Benefits Manager, Director of Global HR Operations, and currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Global HR Operations.

Phuong Nguyen received their B.A. in Management - Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Phuong attended the university from 1999 to 2004.
