James Young, MSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, sales, training, and leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Professional at Staccato and a Product Specialist at the United States Gold Bureau, James has previously held roles such as Field Service Representative at Cruise and Solar Sales Specialist at Momentum Solar. At Dell EMC, James excelled as an Inside Product Specialist and Sales Training Manager, earning multiple awards for teamwork.
