Justin Honea

Justin Honea is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and product innovation across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Staccato since July 2021, Justin previously held several key leadership roles at Balfour & Co, including VP of Operations and Strategy, where significant operational initiatives led to a $16MM run-rate improvement. Previous roles include Director of Project Engineering at YETI Coolers, where Justin managed a team of engineers for new product development, and Senior Director of Research and Development at Adams Golf, emphasizing revolutionary golf equipment creation. Justin’s engineering foundation is supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
