Iyinoluwa Ayo-Fisher

Iyinoluwa Ayo-Fisher is a seasoned professional in talent sourcing and career development, currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcer at Stack Shift since October 2021. With a focus on connecting high-potential talent with globally remote organizations, Iyinoluwa has experience in conducting business outreach and facilitating online recruitment events. Previously, Iyinoluwa held roles as a Career Consultant and Associate Product Manager at The Room, managing a portfolio of 300 members and supporting their career paths. Additional experience includes managing a recruitment project at Caret and an internship at Asset & Resource Management Holding Company, selected as one of 20 from 2000 nationwide applicants. Iyinoluwa holds dual BA (Hons) degrees in Business Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and The African Leadership University, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from UWC Maastricht.
