Eric Taylor

Eric Taylor serves as the Director of Software Quality Assurance at Stack Sports since January 2019, overseeing quality management across over 25 companies and locations while managing corporate analytics and reporting on roadmap deliverables. Previously, at Verizon Connect from October 2009 to January 2019, Eric held the position of IT Quality Manager, where coaching a team of over 60 members led to improved quality and client satisfaction through enhanced testing processes. Prior experience includes roles at Follett Higher Education, where Eric was the Assistant Director responsible for managing locations with annual sales exceeding $28 million and leading a team of 40-50 staff members. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bond University and an International Baccalaureate from The Armand Hammer United World College.
