Teona Smith

Teona Smith is an experienced contracts administrator at stackArmor since November 2021, previously serving in various accounting roles including contracts and project management at The RMR Group from July 2018 to November 2021. At The RMR Group, tasks included preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs), creating bid comparison worksheets, and drafting construction contracts and service agreements. Prior to this, Teona held positions at Hercules Living as a residential staff accountant, where responsibilities involved maintaining the general ledger and preparing financial reports, and at USI Insurance Services as a staff accountant, handling expense tracking and broker commission reimbursements. Additional experience includes roles as an accounts payable analyst and a statement of deposit specialist at AvalonBay Communities, and as a mortgage service representative at Bank of America. Teona holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University.
