Gert Pauwels

Gert Pauwels has been serving as Coördinator-expert at Stad Gent since February 2013, where responsibilities include the cyclical coordination of the multi-year plan encompassing preparation, drafting, reporting, and follow-up, as well as initiating and directing organization-wide processes to deepen and embed strategic thinking and action. Prior to this role, Gert Pauwels held several positions, including Adjunct van de Directie, Manager, Senior Consultant, and Communications Coordinator at Ernst & Young from October 2005 to February 2013. Gert Pauwels obtained a Master's degree in Law from Ghent University (1998-2004) and completed the NMADP program in 2011.
