Annette Chahboune

Annette Chahboune has a diverse work experience in the field of organizational development and change management. Annette is currently working as a Consultant at WANDEL GESTALTEN Transformationsberatung, where they provide coaching, workshop moderation, and change and transformation consulting services. Prior to their current role, Annette held various positions at STADA Group, Merz Group, Heraeus, PwC, and CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG, where they played key roles in culture and people development, talent management, leadership development, and change management. Annette has a strong background in assisting organizations with their transformation processes and supporting individuals through coaching and leadership development.

Annette Chahboune holds a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (business and economics) from Goethe University Frankfurt. Annette has also obtained additional certifications in management coaching, systemic process facilitation in organizations, and business and management training.
