Jan Holt

Jan Holt has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Strategy, PMO, and Business Excellence at STADA Group since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Senior Finance Business Partner for Operations and Quality at STADA Group from March 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining STADA Group, Jan held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Fresenius Kabi Norway AS from March 2019 to February 2020. In this role, they led a restructuring project to enhance cost awareness, developed a strategy for manufacturing and sales footprint, managed multiple departments, and introduced cross collaboration projects in finance and sales.

Jan also has experience working at Fresenius Kabi, where they served as the Director of Controlling for Global Operations from July 2017 to February 2019. During this time, they were responsible for finance management and supported strategic projects related to manufacturing footprint. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager in Divisional Controlling for Planning and Reporting from March 2015 to June 2017.

Jan's earlier work experience includes roles at Framatome, where they worked as a Plant Controller from August 2011 to February 2015, and as a Trainee in an integrated degree program from August 2008 to July 2011.

Jan Holt has a Master of Science - MS degree in Finance & Accounting from the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Controll from Hochschule Osnabrück from 2008 to 2011. Before their higher education, they attended Hüberts'sche Schule Hopsten (Wirtschaftsgymnasium) from 2005 to 2008, but did not obtain a degree.
