Mélanie Ecks

Mélanie Ecks has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mélanie started their career as a Training Specialist at AHK Frankreich / Chambre Franco-Allemande de Commerce et d'Industrie (CFACI) in 2003 and then worked as a Training Manager at VDR - Verband Deutsches Reisemanagement e.V. from 2005 to 2007. Mélanie then joined Mazars as a Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2011. Mélanie then moved to STADA Group, where they held several positions, including Manager Corporate HR Controlling (2011-2018), Manager Corporate HR Compensation & Benefits (2018-2019), International HR-Business Partner (2019-2022), Head HR SE&EE (South Eastern & Eastern European Markets) (2021-2022), and currently serves as the Head Global Talent Management - Director since November 2022.

Mélanie Ecks holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they completed in 2004. Mélanie also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from EDC Paris Business School in 2003. In addition to their formal education, Mélanie has certifications as a Professional in Human Resources from IHK Frankfurt am Main (obtained in 2010) and as a Certified Training Professional, also from IHK Frankfurt am Main (obtained in 2009).
