Nadia Spiccia

Nadia Spiccia is a Senior Manager in Patent Litigation at STADA Group since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in intellectual property law. Prior to STADA, Nadia worked as an IP Litigator at Kirkland & Ellis from July 2021 to December 2023, and served as Head of Patent Litigation at Sandoz from March 2019 to July 2021. Nadia held the position of Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Mylan from July 2014 to March 2019, along with roles as IP & Commercial Counsel and Senior Associate at MinterEllison. Earlier experience includes a solicitor role at King & Wood Mallesons. Nadia's academic qualifications include a Master of Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, and multiple degrees in Chemistry and Law from Monash University.
