Tracy Deforge

Tracy Deforge is a seasoned professional in the sports and business sectors, currently serving as the Founder of The Players' Impact since May 2017, a platform designed to empower athletes in business. Tracy holds several advisory roles, including Chair of the Board of Advisors for the National Women's Soccer League Players Association and Sports Accelerator Mentor at Techstars. Additionally, Tracy is an Advisor/Judge at Stadia Ventures and has been actively involved with various organizations, such as Positive Coaching Alliance and WISE, where Tracy founded the Boston Chapter. An adjunct professor at Dean College, Tracy teaches Sports and Entertainment Law and Sports Ethics. Educationally, Tracy earned a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Wagner College.
