Philippe Janssens

Philippe Janssens is the General Manager at Stadim - Valuation & Consulting in Real Estate since September 1996 and serves as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2007. An Executive Professor at KULAK, Leuven since 1994, Philippe previously held the position of Executive Professor at UAMS, Antwerp from 1995 to 2014. Philippe was a full member and advisor at the Flemish Council for Housing from 2007 to 2010 and worked as a Policy Advisor for Real Estate at ANHYP from 1974 to 1996. Early in the career, Philippe was an Assistant Product Manager at Unilever, Hartog NV in 1973-1974. Philippe holds a Licentiate in Applied Economic Sciences with a major in Econometrics from UFSIA University Antwerp.
